Holly's Bridals

Sweet Holly was so brave when the wind hit us -- I was impressed (since I had a coat on and was shaking)!


I am certain that I would kill for her eyebrows. I know that might sound strange to some of you people who take their eyebrows for granted, but I would risk jail-time. It's pretty questionable whether my eyebrows would even show up in pictures or not. I am cursed with blond eyebrows!!! I'm a little bit obsessed with eyebrows, can you tell?

I love newborns!!!

I had so much fun taking pictures of sweet Brinley! She did an amazing job!!!

Okay, there really is nothing as cute as a week-old baby. Really . . . nothing.

I can't believe it's been 6 months we our last photo shoot! It throws me every time I see these little babies hit a year! They grow way too fast!

I love senior pictures!

Wow! There were way too many pictures I wanted to post, but I'm thinking 9 will be enough of a "sneak peak"! "J" was so much fun to take pictures of. I swear I didn't see her roll her eyes at any of my crazy ideas - so fun!




She has the most beautiful eyes! I'm going crazy over these pics!

So, even though I thoroughly embarrassed myself by falling down a huge hole under the snow and into the foundation of the abandoned house we were at and almost broke my shin on the stupid concrete (yes - there's a HUGE bruise! What I wouldn't do to get the pictures I want!), and even though I was out of control with my "suggestions" (you know what I'm talking about, J!), I have to say that this has been one of my favorite senior sessions! Thanks for having me do them - I hope you like them!!!

2010 Revisions

So, life with 4 kids is nuts. I noticed this last year that sleeping was taking a backseat to everything else, so I am going to be booking only 2 sessions a week. I swear I've tried to stick to that before, but I just hate telling people, "no". HOWEVER, this time I'm going to follow through!!!!! I know I'll be a better mom, wife, dinner-maker, yard-designer, house-cleaner-upper, and a better healthy-sleeper if I can keep the sessions to a more manageable amount.

So, if you're planning on getting some pictures done, plan on booking it about 2 months in advance. The spring gets really busy, so the earlier, the better. After how cold it's been lately, I'm just dying to start shooting in nice, warm weather!!!!

Since a blog post isn't complete without at least a couple pictures, here's one to get you thinking about spring!!
